- Day rate up to £535 per day, inside IR35

ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a specialist technology and engineering organisation delivering complex, high impact solutions into secure and regulated environments. They work on advanced software and cyber capabilities that support national level missions.
Due to continued programme growth, they are now seeking an experienced Cyber Software Engineer to strengthen their delivery team.
THE CYBER SOFTWARE ENGINEER ROLE
As a Cyber Software Engineer, you will be part of a team that designs, builds and maintains secure, high-performance systems. You will apply secure coding practices, work close to the operating system, and contribute across the full software lifecycle, from design through to integration and testing. The role involves collaboration with other engineers and stakeholders to deliver resilient solutions in a mission critical context.
CYBER SOFTWARE ENGINEER ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Strong experience with C, C++ or C#
- Working knowledge of Python
- Experience with Linux or Windows operating systems
- Understanding of networking and network protocols
- Knowledge of secure software development and the cyber domain
- Familiarity with version control and agile delivery
- Experience of software design patterns, testing and continuous integration
