DAY SHIFT ENGINEER – LEAD
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ELECTRICAL BIASED ENGINEER TO OVERSEE A TEAM ON A NUCLEAR DEFENCE PROJECT

- On-site in High Wycombe
- Up to £55,000
- Monday to Friday (days)
- DV or recently lapsed DV required for the role
WHAT WILL THE ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING MANAGER BE DOING?
You will be overseeing a team who will be heavily involved in the maintenance, repair and installation of electrical and mechanical systems to a variety of Defence related projects. Other responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring compliance to regulations and safety standards
- Provide technical guidance to the engineering team
- Be able to get ‘hands-on’ if required
- Coordinate with stakeholders to help keep projects on track
WE NEED THE ENGINEER TO HAVE…
- Strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Experience leading a team of engineers
- Understanding of Defence standards such as JSP 375
- Knowledge of Electrical Authorised Person responsibilities
- Level 3 mechanical or electrical engineering qualifications
- An active DV level clearance (or a recently lapsed DV) is required
