Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Range between £40,000 – £75,000 per annum (Experience dependant)
Benefits Summary: 25 Days holiday (+Bank Holidays), Company EV Car Scheme, AXA HealthCare, Company Pension Scheme, Training Package/Budget
Location: Cheltenham or Gloucester (5 days on site)
Security Clearance: None required to start (you MUST be eligible and willing to go through eDV clearance)

Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, design, and implementation of physical and virtual IT infrastructure solutions.
- Ensuring timely delivery of solutions that are aligned to customer requirements.
- Providing ongoing maintenance and support for deployed IT infrastructure.
- Timely troubleshooting and resolution of reported IT Infrastructure issues.
- Conducting regular system health monitoring, backups, patching, and upgrades.
- Creating, developing, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all supported infrastructure.
- Developing scripts and automation tools to increase the efficiency of system administration tasks.
Key Tech stack (MUST haves):
- Networking technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP etc)
- Scripting/IaC tools (Ansible/AWX, Python, PowerShell, BASH)
- System Administration (Microsoft, Linux)
