WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving MBSE adoption across complex systems and multi-disciplinary teams. You will:
🔹 Lead the development of MBSE frameworks to enhance system design, integration, and lifecycle management
🔹 Apply SysML, UML, and architectural frameworks (TOGAF, MODAF) to develop system models 🔹 Support system integration efforts by implementing digital twin methodologies and model-driven verification
🔹 Collaborate with stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights 🔹 Apply risk management and systems thinking to ensure robust, resilient system architectures
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
✔️ Proven experience as a Systems Engineer with a strong MBSE background
✔️ Expertise in SysML, UML, Archimate, TOGAF, MODAF, DOORS Requirements
✔️ Familiarity with MBSE tools such as Cameo, Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect, or Capella
✔️ Strong understanding of systems integration, digital engineering, and lifecycle management ✔️ Experience working in consultancy or client-facing roles
BONUS SKILLS
➕ Experience with dual-use platforms (military andamp; civilian systems)
➕ Knowledge of AI-driven MBSE approaches and Digital Thread concepts
