THE SERVICE DESIGNER ROLE:
As a Service Designer, you will play a key role in shaping user-centered services. You will work closely with UX designers, researchers, and developers to understand user needs, map service journeys, and create holistic, efficient, and accessible services.
SERVICE DESIGNER ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Strong experience in service design methodologies and tools
- Expertise in journey mapping, service blueprints, and prototyping
- Deep understanding of accessibility and user-centered design principles
- SC clearance or eligibility to obtain it
- Prior experience working on government or public sector projects is required
