THE UX DESIGNER ROLE:
As a UX Designer, you will create user-centred designs that are accessible and intuitive. You will work closely with researchers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver prototypes and high-fidelity designs that meet user needs. Your focus will be on ensuring optimal usability and user satisfaction.
UX DESIGNER ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Proven experience in user-centred design
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards
- SC clearance or eligibility to obtain it
- Experience with government or public sector projects is highly desirable
